Ways to work with me
Career coaching that helps you find direction, build confidence and take practical action.
You do not need to choose a career for the rest of your life. You need to understand yourself, make a well-informed decision and identify your next step.
Whether you need help with one immediate challenge or want more structured support, we can find an approach that fits where you are now.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT LEVEL OF SUPPORT
ONE-OFF CAREER COACHING SESSION
£175
A focused 60 to 90-minute session for one clear priority.
This could include:
Exploring a career decision or possible change of direction.
Making sense of your current options.
Reviewing and strengthening your CV or LinkedIn profile.
Planning an important application.
Preparing for an interview or assessment centre.
Identifying practical next steps when you feel stuck.
Before we meet, I will ask you to provide some background information so we can make productive use of the session.
What can we achieve?
We can explore one issue properly, identify what may be holding you back and agree a realistic course of action.
What can’t we achieve?
We cannot fully explore your strengths, motivations, career options and complete job-search strategy in a single session. Career clarity sometimes needs more than one conversation. Annoying, but true.
If you decide to join my 12-week programme afterwards, I will deduct the £175 session fee from the programme price.
SAVILLE WAVE CAREER GUIDANCE ASSESSMENT
£100
If you are struggling to understand where your strengths and interests might lead, the Saville Wave Career Guidance Assessment provides a valuable starting point.
You complete the assessment online and receive a personalised 13-page report exploring areas including:
Your strengths and preferred ways of working.
What motivates and engages you.
The types of activities and environments that may suit you.
Potential career areas to investigate.
The assessment does not produce one magical job title or tell you what you “should” do. It gives us reliable information to work with, helping you make sense of your preferences and explore suitable possibilities.
It can be booked independently or used as part of a wider coaching programme. It is particularly useful if you have plenty of options but no obvious way to choose between them.
WHAT THE £100 INCLUDES
The £100 fee includes access to the online Saville Wave Career Guidance Assessment and your personalised 13-page report.
It does not include a coaching session to interpret or discuss the results.
If you would like to explore your report with me, you can book a separate 60 to 90-minute coaching session for £175. During the session, we will examine your results, identify the most relevant themes and consider what they may mean for your career options and next steps.
You can purchase the assessment without booking a coaching session. However, discussing the report can help you understand how the different findings connect and how to use them in practice.
THE 12-WEEK CAREER PATHFINDER PROGRAMME
£1,200 paid upfront or £500 per month for three months
The full programme is for you if you need more than a quick answer.
You may have no clear direction, too many competing ideas or a growing suspicion that your current path is wrong. You might understand what you do not want but have no idea what should replace it.
Over 12 weeks, we will work together to turn that uncertainty into a clear and practical plan.
YOUR PROGRAMME MAY INCLUDE
Exploring your strengths, motivations, interests and values.
Using the Saville Wave Career Guidance Assessment, if you choose to add it to the programme.
Investigating realistic career paths and opportunities.
Understanding how your existing experience and skills transfer.
Addressing confidence, motivation or fear of making the wrong decision.
Developing a practical career and job-search strategy.
Improving your CV, LinkedIn profile and applications.
Using AI effectively without allowing it to remove your personality.
Preparing for interviews and assessment centres.
Building useful professional relationships and approaching networking without feeling absurdly transactional.
Creating clear goals, actions and accountability.
The programme is tailored to you. It is not a generic course or a rigid sequence of worksheets. We will concentrate on the areas that will make the greatest difference to your progress.
BY THE END OF THE PROGRAMME
You should have:
A clearer understanding of yourself and what you can offer.
A realistic career direction or defined options to pursue.
Greater confidence in explaining your experience and ambitions.
Practical tools for finding and securing opportunities.
A personal action plan showing what to do next.
I will challenge you, encourage you and expect you to take action between sessions. I cannot do the work for you, but I will make sure you do not have to work everything out alone.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
The 12-week programme gives you regular support and accountability throughout the process. It includes:
Six one-to-one coaching sessions, each lasting one hour and held fortnightly.
A 20-minute catch-up during each intervening week to review progress, address any obstacles and agree your next actions.
Support by WhatsApp, text or email for questions that arise between sessions.
The Saville Wave Career Guidance Assessment is available as an optional extra for £100.
This structure gives you time to explore your options and complete agreed actions, while maintaining momentum and regular contact throughout the 12 weeks..
WHO I WORK WITH
I work with young people aged 16 to 30, including:
School and college students who are unsure what comes next.
University students questioning their original plans.
Graduates struggling to turn their education into a career.
Young professionals who feel stuck or dissatisfied.
People who chose not to attend university and want to understand their options.
Those considering a change of job, career or direction.
Coaching is available online in the UK and internationally. I also offer in-person sessions in North Wales and Cheshire, including walking sessions when location and weather allow.
WHEN A PARENT OR CARER IS PAYING
Parents and carers often fund coaching, but the young person remains my coaching client.
Our conversations are confidential. I will not report back on the content of sessions without the client’s permission.
This creates the trust needed for honest conversations and meaningful progress, while giving everyone clarity about how the arrangement works.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WILL YOU TELL ME WHICH CAREER TO CHOOSE?
No. I will help you understand yourself, investigate your options and make a confident, well-informed decision. The decision needs to belong to you.
WHAT IF I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I WANT TO DO?
That is completely fine. You do not need to arrive with a plan. Finding the plan is the point.
DO I NEED A DEGREE?
No. I work with graduates, students and people who chose different routes. A degree is one pathway, not a personality trait.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE THAT I WILL GET A JOB?
No credible coach can guarantee that. I can help you make better decisions, present yourself more effectively, prepare thoroughly and improve your chances.
CAN MY PARENT BOOK THE FIRST CALL?
Yes. A parent or carer can arrange the initial conversation and fund the coaching. Before coaching begins, I will also speak directly with the young person to make sure they are keen to do the programme.
WHICH OPTION SHOULD I CHOOSE?
You do not have to decide before contacting me. We can discuss where you are, what you need and whether I am the right person to help.
LET’S TALK ABOUT WHAT COMES NEXT
The first step is a free career clarity call.
We will talk about what is happening now, what you would like to change and the type of support that may be most useful.
There is no obligation and no hard sell. If I do not think coaching is the right answer, I will tell you.

"I highly recommend speaking with Claire for anyone who needs some career coaching and support. She will help you with everything from your linked in profile, your CV, helping you prep for interviews and helping you decide or figure out career path to follow. She helped me a lot with my interview prep and I have just accepted an offer for a new job! I have worked with Claire professionally and she has also coached me. She is a lovely professional with lots of experience!"
