A bit about me and my philosophy

I'm a career coach who gets it – because I've lived it. While I've spent the last 20 years in executive search, placing C-suite and director-level talent across universities, colleges, and educational organisations, my own career journey looks nothing like the traditional corporate ladder.

Before finding my niche in recruitment, I was living what we'd now call the ultimate Gen Z career – a beautiful mosaic of experiences that included managing a sailing resort in Greece, running three different businesses, working as a chalet maid, leading culture change programs for 2,500+ employees, regional manager for a mental health charity, and facilitating strategic planning for boards of nonprofits. Each role taught me something different about resilience, the power of networking, adaptability, and finding purpose in unexpected places.

I've lived and worked in the UK, mainland Europe and North America.

This unique combination – understanding both the hiring landscape from an executive search perspective AND having personally navigated the uncertainty, pivots, and portfolio career approach that defines your generation – is what makes my coaching different. I draw on psychology insights and real-world experience to help you see that your non-linear path isn't a bug, it's a feature.

But here's what sets me apart: I've been on both sides of the table, as someone who's hired for top-level positions AND as someone who's navigated career pivots myself.

As the mother of a 26-year-old, I get how overwhelming it feels to have endless options but no clear roadmap. The job market has changed dramatically, and continues to change, and the old rules just don't apply anymore. That's actually good news – it means you get to write your own rules.
