I assist Gen Z (aged 14-27) who feel overwhelmed by the career choices they face, helping them identify their purpose and follow a clear career path that aligns with their strengths and passions. This reduces stress and indecision, making them confident and excited about their future and paving the way to financial stability.
COACHING TECHNIQUE
With over two decades of experience in the employment market, and as the mother of a 24 year old, I’m dedicated to helping Gen Z (14-27 year olds) reach their full potential. My approach focuses on fostering open, transparent communication, addressing the unique challenges Gen Z faces, helping them discover a clear path forward, and providing ongoing, actionable feedback to support their growth and success. Together, we’ll navigate the career journey, building clarity and confidence, developing the necessary skills to work towards an exciting and fulfilling future. And, I’m hoping we may have some fun along the way.

The growth stage is at the heart of the process. It is here that we identify your direction of travel to reach your objective. You’ll start to put new strategies to work, and begin addressing the issues that have been holding you back.

At this point in the process I ask you to reflect on the progress you’ve made, and whether you’re satisfied with where the results have led you. After this, we can address sustainability.
