I’m Claire MacLeod and I’m here to help you reach the success that’s inside you. I’ve been working with clients in the employment market for over 20 years, and have a string of success stories behind me. My philosophy is not aimed at teaching my young clients how to be successful, but helping them to acquire and develop the skills they need to capitalize on their own potential.

I have been providing guidance and assistance to individuals across a diverse range of industries in the job market, working in the recruitment industry for more than two decades . I have reviewed literally thousands of CVs and job applications and conducted hundreds of interviews.

My expertise spans both the public and private sectors, catering to individuals at all levels of their careers, from high-ranking executives to fresh graduates entering the workforce. Whether it's offering advice on career progression, resume writing, interview preparation, or exploring job opportunities, I have successfully supported individuals at every stage of their professional journey. But as the mother of a 24 year old, my real passion lies in helping young people who are starting out on their career journeys.

My extensive knowledge and understanding of both recruitment across many industries and sectors, and the wider job market, allow me to provide tailored and effective guidance that aligns with each individual's unique goals and aspirations.
